By car : From Palermo: Highway A29 Palermo - Mazara del Vallo, exit Castelvetrano. Then SS115 toward Agrigento until Sciacca, or alternativily from Palermo SS624 until Sciacca. From Catania: Higyway 19 toward Palermo, exit Caltanissetta, then SS115 toward Trapani until Sciacca

A semi detached house situated in a sunny position on a slope which falls gradually to the sea and looks over Renella bay (Bahía de Renella). The beach can be accessed by car or by foot, 300 m. There is a promenade along the length of the beach which is lit at night and a small harbour where yachts band motor boats are moored. The sandy beach of Capo San Marco, with its resorts, 1 km. Centre of Sciacca, 2 km. The apartment has a separate entrance and private garden, approx 1000 m2, with parking space for 1 car. The owner lives on the ground floor.
